These terms apply when you use josephstella.studio, our online galleries, and our print and download store (together, the "Services"), operated by Joseph + Stella Studio ("we," "us"). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Online galleries

Your gallery link is private and meant for your family. Please don't post it publicly. Preview images are watermarked and lower resolution. If you see a photo that isn't your child, use "Not my child" in the gallery or email us and we'll remove it.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. An order is confirmed when payment is complete.

3. Digital downloads

Purchased downloads are full resolution without a watermark. Download links stay active for 30 days after purchase. Please save your files.

We grant you a personal-use license: you may print the photos, share them with family and friends, and post them on social media. You may not sell them, use them commercially, enter them in contests, or remove or alter our credit or watermark. We keep the copyright.

4. Prints

Prints are made by our professional lab and shipped directly to the address you give at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and paid by the customer. Delivery times are estimates. If a print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us a photo of it within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it at no cost.

5. Third-party gallery and store

Some of our online galleries, print orders and digital downloads are provided through Pic-Time, a third-party gallery platform. Orders placed in a Pic-Time gallery are also subject to the Pic-Time Terms of Service.

6. Refunds

Digital photos can be refunded before they are downloaded. Once downloaded, digital purchases are final. If a photo in your order turns out not to be your child, we'll replace or refund it. Prints are made to order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind. Damaged or defective prints are covered in section 4.

7. Coupons and promotions

Coupons can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined unless we say so. We may end a promotion at any time. Promotions don't change orders already placed.

8. Our use of photos

We may use a small number of photos from our sessions and events in our portfolio, website, and social media. For picture days and youth events we never publish a child's full name. If you'd like a photo of your family removed or not used, email us and we'll take care of it.

9. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the Services available and your photos safe, but the Services are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
